Case Study 03

Turn Asset Management

Real Estate Website & Bilingual CMS

Turn Asset Management buys, sells, renovates and manages property in Dhaka. They needed a site that buyers could read in English or Bangla, listings that could be shared and found on their own, and a way for their team to keep it all current without calling a developer. We built the public site from an approved design, then the admin behind it, and had it live on asset.turnbd.com within the week.

Challenges & Solutions

What stood in the way, and how we moved it.

  1. 01

    Two languages, one small team

    Challenge

Buyers read in English and Bangla, and keeping two versions in step by hand drifts quickly.

    Solution

An editor that shows the English and Bangla fields for each section side by side, saved together.

  2. 02

Photos alone don't sell a home

    Challenge

Walkthrough videos sold property better than stills, but the site only had room for photos.

    Solution

Any photo slot also takes a video that plays muted on a loop, and Insights shows the latest YouTube uploads automatically.

  3. 03

    Leads in too many places

    Challenge

Calls, contact messages, visit requests and seller enquiries arrived through different channels.

    Solution

One inbox for contact messages, visit requests with the property and preferred date, and valuation requests.

  4. 04

Listings that can be shared and found

    Challenge

A single page of listings can't be linked to, or rank, one property at a time.

    Solution

A page per property with its own share preview, structured data and sitemap entry.

04

Drag-and-drop uploads for images and video, protected while in use, plus one inbox for contact messages, visit requests and valuation requests.

  • English and Bangla pages, edited side by side in one admin

  • Visit bookings and seller valuations land in one enquiry inbox
  • Any photo slot can hold a video instead
How It Came Together

From first call to production.

  1. 01

    Discover

Went through how the team buys, sells and manages property, and what buyers ask first.

  2. 02

    Design

Agreed the full mockup, in both languages, before any build work.

  3. 03

    Build

Built the site 1:1 from the mockup, then the bilingual admin, media library and inbox behind it.

  4. 04

    Launch & Support

Moved it to asset.turnbd.com and kept adding: property pages, client stories, FAQ and the seller form.
