Case Study 01

TURN Group

Corporate Website & Admin Platform

TURN BD is an engineering, procurement, fabrication and construction firm that has been building since 2003. They needed a web presence that matched the scale of their work, and a way to keep it current without depending on a developer for every change. We built both: a fast, motion-rich public site and a custom content platform that puts the whole thing in their hands.

Challenges & Solutions

What stood in the way, and how we moved it.

  1. 01

A web presence behind the work

    Challenge

Two decades of engineering and construction projects, but an online presence that did not show new clients the scale of what TURN delivers.

    Solution

A fast, motion-rich public site built around the portfolio: projects, a live gallery, certifications and sister-concern profiles.

  2. 02

    Every update needed a developer

    Challenge

Adding a project or changing photos meant waiting on outside help, so the site drifted out of date.

    Solution

A custom CMS and admin dashboard. The TURN team now manages projects, galleries, certifications and page content themselves.

  3. 03

    One group, many companies

    Challenge

The parent group and each sister concern needed its own presence, without running separate websites.

    Solution

A multi-company architecture: one platform with per-company filtering and dedicated profile pages.

  4. 04

Gallery out of step with projects

    Challenge

Keeping the public gallery in line with the project list was manual work.

    Solution

A Cloudinary media pipeline: project photos uploaded in the dashboard sync straight into the live gallery.

  5. 05

    Releases without a safety net

    Challenge

Changes needed a safe, repeatable way to reach the live site.

    Solution

GitHub Actions CI/CD to their VPS. Push to main, the site builds and is live in minutes.

What We Delivered

Core features.

01

Public site

Animated hero, project portfolio, live gallery with grid and carousel views, sister-concern company profiles, certifications and a polished contact experience. Motion-rich but fast, with careful mobile behavior throughout.

02

Admin dashboard

A secure, authenticated back office to manage projects, gallery images, sister concerns, certifications and site content. Image uploads, live filtering, inline toggles, and automatic sync of project photos into the public gallery.

03

Multi-company architecture

One platform serving the parent group and each sister concern, with per-company filtering and dedicated profile pages, so the whole group runs from a single system.

  • Custom CMS from scratch, no WordPress or page-builder lock-in
  • Multi-company architecture for the parent group and its sister concerns
  • Push to main, build, live in minutes with automated CI/CD
  • Fully responsive, SEO-ready, analytics wired in (GA + Clarity)
How It Came Together

From first call to production.

  1. 01

    Discover

Mapped the group structure, the sister concerns and every piece of content the team needed to control.

  2. 02

    Design

Designed the public experience and the admin dashboard side by side, around the project portfolio.

  3. 03

    Build

Built the public site, CMS and media pipeline in short iterations on a staging link.

  4. 04

    Launch & Support

Deployed to their VPS with CI/CD and analytics wired in, then stayed on for support and new features.

“For over two decades our work spoke for itself on site, but never online. SUIX listened before they built anything. They gave us a website that finally matches the scale of what we deliver, and a system my own team runs every day without calling a developer.”
