“For over two decades our work spoke for itself on site, but never online. SUIX listened before they built anything. They gave us a website that finally matches the scale of what we deliver, and a system my own team runs every day without calling a developer.”

The SUIX method

Five phases, no black box. You can see the work at every step.

The brief comes after the questions.

  • A working session with the people who will use it
  • What already exists, and where it breaks

You get

  • Scope brief
  • Estimate

Phase 1 of 5

Discover

Data and screens agree before code.

  • Architecture and interface drawn up side by side
  • You click through it before anyone builds it

You get

  • Architecture plan
  • Clickable prototype

Phase 2 of 5

Design

Watch it land, feature by feature.

  • Short sprints instead of one big reveal
  • A staging link you can open any day

You get

  • Staging access
  • Sprint demos

Phase 3 of 5

Build

Go live with the lights on.

  • We deploy and set up monitoring
  • Your team gets the docs to run it

You get

  • Production deploy
  • Docs

Phase 4 of 5

Launch

Launch is where the next round starts.

  • Fixes when something needs fixing
  • The next features, built by the team that knows the system

You get

  • Ongoing support

Stay

A technology company for teams that refuse the ordinary.

SUIX is an IT and technology solutions company. We design and build software, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity and connected hardware, and we integrate it all into systems that move businesses forward.

The name is young. The standard is not.

  • Question the obvious

We question the obvious answer. The standard template is a starting point to beat, not a destination.

  • Engineered to last

Clean architecture, tested code, documented systems. We build things that survive contact with the real world.

  • Partners, not vendors

We sit on your side of the table. Your goals set the brief, and we stay accountable to the outcome.

Before you ask.

How much does custom software cost?

It depends on scope. After a discovery session we send a written brief and a fixed estimate, so you know the cost before any build work starts.

Do we own the code?

Yes. You get the full source code, the deployment setup and the documentation when the project is handed over.

Can you take over or rebuild an existing system?

Yes. We start by auditing what exists, then recommend whether to extend it, refactor it or replace it, with the trade-offs written down.

Do you support the software after launch?

Yes. We set up monitoring at launch and stay on for fixes, updates and new features.

Is our data safe if we use AI?

We design around your data policy: what the model can see, where it is processed and what is logged are decided up front and documented.

Can we start small?

Yes. We often begin with one line or one site as a pilot, then scale once it proves its value.
