TURN Agro runs a rice mill, and rice mills run on a lot of moving parts: paddy coming in at the gate, stock held across seasons and lots, production stages on the floor, finished goods going out, and a finance trail behind all of it. We replaced the spreadsheets and guesswork with one system that operators actually want to open, built around a command panel and a live view of the whole mill.
